beef, black bean chili

An easy but good, quick chilli great for weekend afternoons or dinners.,,Holly loved it

2 TBS cannola oil
onion powder
2 tsp garlic paste
1 lb ground beef
1 can (14.5) roasted spicy tomato sauce
1 can black beans (15 oz) drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper

In large saucepan, heat oil on med high heat. Add onion powder and garlic paste, cook one minute,
Add beef, cook til no longer pink
Add rest of ingreds. bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer for ten minutes
serve with toppings such as shredded cheese, avacado chunks, chopped red onion, sour cream.
